OUR MULTIFAMILY INVESTMENT STRATEGY

GEOGRAPHICAL FOCUS

Acquire apartment complexes in working-class regions. Our goal is to buy and hold these multifamily housing buildings across the Southeast and Midwest.

ACQUISITION STRATEGY

Acquire and keep cash-flowing multifamily apartment complexes with future growth in emerging real estate markets with employment and population growth.

BUILDING VALUE

Repositioning property, repositioning tenants, boosting occupancy, raising rents to market, and executing value-add strategies.

Property type & Size

We focus on B and C multifamily properties from 80 to 400 units size. We prioritize the acquisition of stabilized multifamily properties with proven value adds & solid cash flow from the start.

CLEAR EXIT STRATEGY

We sell our properties in 3-5 years by capitalizing on Value-Add appreciation. We might also refinance them.

HIGHER RETURNS

We aim for cash-on-cash returns of at least 8-10%. Our multifamily investing approach is a sought-after alternative for any wealth-building strategy due to its high return rate and equity developed over time.
